eBoard is an electronic "in-out" whiteboard. It can be used to replace your workplace "in-out" whiteboard. You would run it on the desktops of all the staff in your group or team, and staff members can see at a glance right on thier desktop where people are. See screenshots below.

eBoard connects to a server using standard Internet protocols, so can be run from work or home, or anywhere you have an internet connection. We can host the server for you so you don't need to set it up, or we can set up a local server on your site for you.

eBoard is sold on a subscription basis. A one year subscription per team is $100.

The screen shot above shows the main eBoard display. Click on the picture for the full-size image. You can choose "H"ere, "O"ut, or "A"way as your status and type a message to appear next to your name, such as "On annual leave - back tomorrow". Everybody in the group can edit any entry, so your workmates can update your status if you are unable to. Notice down the bottom is a "scratchpad", a place where people can post comments that appear on everybody's eBoard. Useful for publishing interesting web sites, as has been done in the example above.

The eBoard also displays a system tray icon which indicates your current status, and the eBoard can be launched from the system tray. Shown below, it's the green "H" (indicating you are "Here")
